Additional-record pricing applies when a fleet exceeds the included capacity without moving to a larger standard plan.
Subscription prices cover use of the DOT Serenity platform. Government filing fees, testing costs, report fees and other third-party charges are separate unless a service description expressly states otherwise.

Pricing FAQ
- Does DOT Serenity certify that my company is compliant?
- No. DOT Serenity provides administrative recordkeeping, deadline visibility and defined support services. The carrier remains responsible for determining which requirements apply and for operating in accordance with them.
- Does DOT Serenity approve uploaded documents?
- No. Customers control their records and may upload, replace or delete their documents. DOT Serenity may help organize supplied files, but it does not certify their authenticity, legal sufficiency or applicability.
- Are government and third-party fees included?
- No, unless a service description expressly says otherwise. Government filing fees, reports, testing, training and third-party-provider charges are separate.
- Can I request a service without subscribing?
- Yes. One-time administrative services may be requested separately. A platform subscription is required for ongoing dashboard access and record monitoring.
- What happens when my fleet grows?
- You can move to a larger plan or add individual driver and vehicle records. Your existing records remain connected to the same company account.
- Is the AI Assistant included?
- The AI Assistant is still in development and is not included as an active feature in the current plans.
